Incline Village, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Washoe County, has about 9,300 residents and 4,000 households. Its median home value is about $1.45 million, well above the other Nevada towns here, and the median home was built in 1981.

Two kinds of Incline household

With 42 percent of housing used seasonally, Incline has year-round residents and part-time owners.
