What a full pack covers
A full pack covers each room named at the estimate: kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, living areas, office and garage. Dishes and glassware are wrapped piece by piece. Clothing, books and linens go into cartons sized to their weight. Lamps, pictures and mirrors get cartons or wrapping of their own, and furniture is wrapped and padded before it goes near a truck.
Every carton is labeled with the room it belongs in. On delivery day that label is what lets the crew set boxes where you want them instead of stacking everything in the hall.

The inventory and condition report
Before packing begins, the crew builds an itemized inventory of your goods and notes the condition of each piece. It is the record that matters if a question comes up about a scratch or a missing carton later, and you can keep a copy.
On interstate moves, the federal household goods rules in 49 CFR Part 375 call for the mover to prepare an inventory of the shipment. For moves that travel in the Bekins network, the packing is done to the standard a long haul demands.

Where do I get boxes if I pack part of the house?
Boxes and supplies are sold at the O'Brien's office in Sparks, and 10 free heavy-duty boxes come with your in-home estimate.
The two employees showed up on time and were very polite and ready to work. Our quote was 8 hours and they finished in 5 hours. Office staff checked in prior to move and confirmed all details and check in after move to make sure everything was taken care of. Would use this company again for sure!

Talk about organized people. I peeked in the truck about an hour into the job and was amazed at how well organized it was and how many of my things had protective coverings. Our bed is a mechanical one and a nightmare to us, but these guys had no issue with it at all. Although I have no desire to ever move again--but if I did, I would be calling these guys for sure!!!
